This unique lodging is located 25 minutes from Seattle and Tacoma. It is located on an island in Puget Sound in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, and offers a unique Western setting with Indian teepees, covered wagons,  log lodge with comfortable private rooms.  Camping is also available and includes a "u-fix" pancake breakfast. The beautiful 10 acre ranch boarders a 100 acre reserve and offers a relaxing retreat from the city.

2 Wedding Facilities: We have a new wedding facility at Marineview Estate. It's on the water next to Dockton Park. Bring your boats. We offer grounds only, we do not cater or set up. If a more casual wedding is desired, we do full grounds rentals at the hostel which offers a country setting, a great place to gather for a barbecue surrounded by your friends. Lodging is included for up to 50 guests at the hostel and can be arranged for your Dockton wedding. Don't forget the Lavender Duck for Private rooms for special guests.
